This apartment sucks, the layout is weird the fireplace in the middle of the living room and dining room so I hope you have a room divider. The alarm here sucks big time, it doesnt alert anyone all it do is make noise, and guess what the noise is like a gunshot in the ghetto no one cares. The walls are paper thin, I can understand you can here loud music, partying or whatever, but neighbors snoring, laughing, crying, flushing the toilet. There is a tennis court which is trashy, so you bet no one uses it. There is no privacy. The exterminator comes in your apartment once a month. She would knock once and open your doors, so hopefully you are not having sex, in the shower, on the toilet, are just naked in your own home. The maintance people goes through your stuffs and takes them. They raises the rent everytime you renew. OMG lets say you neighbor moves out on the third floor, the maintance people makes so much noise you cant relax, eat in peace, sleep for crying out loud., Trust me I went to work 3 hours early to get some peace it was that bad.
