I think this place rates much higher than a three in 2009 !! Needs an update. Here's mine. - I have lived very happily here for 2 years. Recommended place to live This is a lovely gated community and is well managed. It has a beautiful pond, nice landscape, and trees that grace the neighborhood with natural ambiance.

I had a great experience I currently live at Sunlake, this is my third year. I have not have any bad experiences. It's a very quiet property. Maintenance came right away if I had any problems and fixed my problem immediately. The office staff is always friendly. The one annoyance

Great Place to Live Due to short notice transfer I leased my apartment on-line sight unseen other than the pictures provided on 1st lake website. The staff is helpful and friendly and have provided excellent service. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place to live.
