I lived at Acadian House for a year and it was horrible! The walls are paper thin! You can even hear when your upstairs neighbor goes to the bathroom. Maintenance is a nightmare! One time I was sleeping in my bed, and a repair man walked right into my room!!! DIDN'T EVEN KNOCK! Being a female resident, I was mortified. I didn't know who the man was, and I thought I was about to get rapped and murdered. When hurricane Lilly came, it messed up a lot of the apartments so they had to do repair work for months!! They were so inconsiderate. Coming in whenever they pleased without any notice. They painted my apartment without giving me enough time to move all of my stuff, they ended up throwing all my stuff around and not cleaning it up. They got paint on my furniture and on my clothes!!!!
When I lived there I barely EVER got any sleep because of all the loud noise coming from neighbors and the parking lot. It's not worth moving into this hell hole.

That guy did that to me, onetime, too. I'm not a female, though, but it was still awkward. I had just gotten out of the shower and he was standing in my living room, thankfully i was dressed, that would have been creepy. by the way, he was fixing a door that broke when i was moving into the apt.... i was in the process of moving out when he showed up... so it sat 6 months before he fixed it.
