Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have live here for almost two years now. Everyone went through a tough time here with the Hurricane Lili repairs. But when you have about 80% of the place being worked on, it's going to be hell! The office discounted rates to try to make up for the inconveniences. At least they made an effort!
It's been about a year and a half now after the repairs, and things are great. The improvements have been nice, and the construction crew is gone!!
The neighbors are friendly and the maintenance staff has improved greatly.
There are two police officers who live here, so the added security is a plus!!
I recommend this place to Everyone, I even get discounted when they move in!!!
