I just want to start off by saying: I LIKE IT HERE! Moved in about a year ago and so far all is well. I was surfing on the internet and came upon this site. WOW..they have a lot of pissed off tenants every where...lol But let's face it...you can't please everyone all of the time.
If your looking for a great location, nice size apartment, great staff ( maintenance has improved alot..they got a new guy!!!) and a reasonable rental rate...this is the place. We do live in Lafayette...and unfortunately that means high rent EVERYWHERE....
