If you like undergrads, this is your Valhalla. If you like it quieter, go elsewhere. The neighbors are friendly, if rambunctious. Though they added three new spots, but the parking is still awful. However, my biggest beefs have to do with the substantial rent increase. My rent is being raised by 75.00 to 550.00, and I have yet to get my bathroom fan fixed- it's been 18 months. Took a year to get a working stove hood. Took 8 months to patch up Rita damage. They've been too busy building some sort of fountain/social area to fix the problems in the actual living units. So, the improvements are cosmetic rather than practical, and yet the rent is still going way up.
