I've lived here for over a year, and I'm being completly honest, it's way to pricey for what you get.Parking is horrilbe, I've killed at least ten spiders in my apartment this week! Half the time the security gate is broke, which i feel they should deduct rent everytime it happens and its out for a long peroid of time. (which has been quite often) I think it is over populated! This place has its ups and downs but i will NEVER say its worth every penny! And some tenants have four parking spots for two people. They pay for the two extra spots so they can double park! But that puts two other people out of even the chance of having a covered spot! I could write forever about this!

I live at Audobon Lake Aprtments, and although I know what you are saying, but I can't help but think that nothing can please you. The 10 spiders you killed...we have free pest control that goes through every month and they leave a number every time they do! There is always going to be that neighbor who wrecks it for everyone, but they do fix the gate in a timely manner, and they keep the gate open for the guys who take care of the lawn every couple weeks and pool service. The staff is reasonable and if people actually wanted to pay for covered parking and there was a demand, then of course they would put a stop to people buying 4 spots when they only use 2. But no one wants to put in that extra effort, and like someone's post I just read, they just complain rather than do anything about these complaints!
