Sure you have your little problems that come with every apartment. Drunks/idiots hitting the gate- at least we have a gate! Then the fact that apartments are pricey-I'm from Washington...these apartments could easily go for 3000 up there rather than a measily 1250! As you can tell I am not bashing the apartment complex in fact I am supporting it! There is a hot tub, pool, buiseness center, workout center, a putting green, a duck pond, covered parking, garages and the staff knows your name! How can you beat that!

The people who work here are nice and accomadating and we just had a neighbor appreciation day where there was a water slide, free food, bingo, raffles, and you get a cool shirt. And to top it off, I've met a good portion of my neighbors and I like them all! How many apartments are you going to find NO drug addicts hiding out by the dumpster where your kids play' Like I said, it's worth the price and just a small cost compared to everything you get out of your apartments.
