These people are crooks. We were misinformed about their termination policy and it cost us an additional month's rent to break the lease. We were promised a particular apartment, but on move-in day, we were given an upstairs unit instead. (We had specifically requested a downstairs unit). We were told that no pets had occupied our unit, but we found dog food under the refrigerator. The security gate hardly ever worked, even though they sell their apartments as a "gated community". The parking was inadequate for the number of tenants. We could hear our neighbors through the walls almost every day. The other tenants with pets didn't remove their pet waste as mandated...and the policy wasn't enforced. On top of all this, they stole almost half of our deposit money on move-out because they said the apartment wasn't clean enough, even though we had meticulously cleaned it.
