I've lived here for over a year now and have few complaints.
The Office staff is rather nice and seems to genuinely care when you have a problem. Rachel, who recently left the office, was a joy to see. She always made us feel welcome.
The only problems I have found revolve around maintenance. While they respond in a rather reasonable amount of time, the attempts to repair problems are half-assed. They address the symptoms but not the actual problems.
Also, the fact that it is a "gated community" is a joke. Just about anyone can stroll in. It seems like the only people that have a hard time getting in sometimes are residents
