Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting.

They even approached ME to write a review here! Management, your stupid positive reviews read like cheesy real estate ads, you morons.

Only thing missing is "location, location, location." lol Please spare us, the real tenants.

Now, for the lowdown on this pit: cheap, old appliances, walls are paper thin (you can hear all external and internal noise), poor ventilation, and incompetent, illiterate management (you can garner that from management's lack of English skills on this board).

Oh, and the renter complaining about management's slimey machinations about overcharging for a carpet that was REALLY ALREADY SOILED is 100% correct.

Bayou Oaks is NOTORIOUS for pulling such crap.

I would run like the wind from this $----- apartment complex and never, ever look back.
