People, all the bit ches and gripes, ok, yes apartments are almost always nasty, small, cramped, not enough parking, maintanince sucks, etc., etc., etc., its an APARTMENT, if you want to be pampered get a loft in riverranch, buy a home and manage it yourself, see how you do with one tenant, much less 100 whiney 25 year old children.
I am looking for an apartment to live in with my family while I complete a job assignment here, I would like to see honest reactions, appearently this is not the place, not much more than schoolyard bickering.
Ok, so here is the review, immature tennants, and just as immature managers.
Look people apartment managers are real estate agents who couldnt cut it, so give them a break, and look managers, these people giving you grief are simply immature, grow up, and when you all do, please come back and leave a serious, realistic review here so that I can judge as to what kind of s hit hole city I am moving myself and family into, Thanks,

Obviously you are completely ignorant and uneducated according to the way you are going on and on about this. Also, you are on the same, if not a lower level, then all of the "25 year old children" that you are referring to because you are also looking to live in an apartment. Another thing. . .without these property managers, you would be living on the streets because there would be no one to run apartment complexes. Most managers that I have met have a lot more class and education than you have shown us that you have. Most of us also have a college degree, so we don't need a real estate license. Do your research so that you don't make yourself look so foolish next time!
