SUBSTANDARD.
WALLS LEAK, PARKING LOT FLOODS, GATES AROUND "PATIOS" ARE VISIBLY ROTTING, MUSTY, (MY APT SMELLED LIKE YEARS OF SOUR VOMIT--NOT JUST MY OPINION).
IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES---STAY AWAY.
THEY WILL NOT LET YOU OUT OF YOUR LEASE.
I HAD TO STEP UP MY PLANS TO BUY A HOUSE (WASN'T QUITE FINANCIALLY READY), BUT I COULD NO LONGER SLEEP IN THAT APARTMENT--SOMETIMES SLEPT IN MY CAR.
BUT WITH WALMART AROUND THE CORNER, THERE IS SOME PLACE TO GO AT NIGHT.
COST ME NEARLY $3000 TO STAY THERE TWO MONTHS: PET DEPOSIT $300(UNDERSTOOD), 2 MONTHS RENT, LEASE TERMINATION FEE $800, DEPOSIT $250--FOR STARTERS.
BUT THEY'RE NOT HAPPY WITH THAT.
WAS TOLD THEY'D HELP ME FIND MAID SERVICE DUE TO HANDICAP--GOT THERE--"WE DON'T DO THAT." AND ON AND ON.
ALTHOUGH THE LAUNDRY ROOM IS "LEASED OUT", IT IS STILL WITHIN THE COMPLEX AND SHOULD BE MONITORED---FILTHY.
MY CAMERA WITH ALL MY "PICTURES" OF THE PLACE IS MISSING.
PROBABLY COINCIDENCE...
