Great complex

I have been living at this complex for roughly nine months at this point, and out of the four other places I have been in Lafayette, this one is hands down the best I have lived in. When i moved in, the apartment was clean and well kept, all except the bathroom sink was clogged (easily enough fixed). I've had two issues where I had to call maintenance, and both times, the maintenance guys were there very quickly and handled the issues at hand. The complex is always clean, literally cleaned and blown daily by the maintenance crew.
The best part for me is that I barely hear my neighbors. They do come across the walls now and then, but it's not by much. Believe me, compared to some of the other complexes in this town, you might as well be deaf when it comes to this.
One of the things I do not like about this complex is the green picket fence surrounding everyone's patio. They look a little aged, could probably use a replacement. I don't think this is a very big deal, as they are still painted and look nice, even if in need of an eventual replacing.
The poster who posted on 7/16/2008 said that the parking lot floods. It's had some very heavy rain here in Lafayette the past few months, but the only time I've seen the parking lot flood was when the *town* was flooded a few weeks back. Literally all of the roads in this part of town at least a few inches of water. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
