If you are a student looking for somewhere close to campus then this is fine. The grounds are not kept very clean, it is loud and people are coming and going all times of the night. But it is cheap, so I mean if that is what you are looking for then it is perfect. I had one instance where my parking sticker fell off my windshield and my car(a resident) was towed and the office offered no assistance with the 160 dollar towing fee. All they needed to do was call guys and tell them I was a resident and I wouldn't have been charged, but they would not. I thought about taking legal action, but decided it was not worth it. The manager has always been nice to me, but I have seen her not be nice to others. Just make sure you weigh all your options.
