I've lived here for two years, so glad that two years is up!! So old, everything is "temporarily" fixed, toilets run, sinks leak, carpet disgusting, holes in the wall, loud neighbors, creepy! About 75% of the people that live there are normal; the other 25% is nothing but trash, selling drugs, arguing in the front yard, screaming at their babies, playing loud music. You can even smell the tenants next to you through the bathroom vents! Absolutely nauseating.
Staff was strange, very standoffish and not interested in what the tenants needed fixed. Laundry room is disgusting and smells bad. Inconsiderate children with missing parents who don't know how to discipline them are running through the parking lots without supervision. I can't tell you how many times I've had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting one.
The one good thing is the location of the complex; right in the middle of town, close to everything. But that is where the positive things end.
Unless major renovations and evictions take place, I would never ever ever recommend this complex to someone else.
