I lived in UCA (now UHL) for one year in a 2bed/2bath apartment. It is close to campus, is fully furnished, has cable and internet hookup, washer/dryer in the apartment, and is roomy (in comparison to my last apartment). The noise level is usually minimum (for my building, anyway), but the noise level has increased as of late, due to the (unneeded, in my opinion) renovations being done to the buildings.

No major technical problems that needed immediate fixing (save the air conditioner/heater going out and having to be fixed; was done in a timely manner); I and my roommate were not taken to going to the pool or courtyard, or hanging around the office, so neither of us has any real interpritation of the office staff. The workers who ride around and tend to the grounds seem friendly, though.

However, at $545 a person for a 2bed/2bath, it is not an ideal situation for me. I will be moving out at the end of this year.
