I lived in it when it was University Courtyards. The management is the worst. If that guy Michael is still there run! They fine u for everything and you CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH MICHAEL. They constantly told me and my roomates that we didnt pay our rent on time and fine us, of course they look stupid when we showed that they infact cashed our rent check before the due date. stupid people!!! It happen many times too. Our bathroom figure came crashing down too, oh and I had to basically threaten the management b/c they kept coming into our apt unnanounced at like 7 am. banging on the door! if not banging i would wake up to a management person IN MY FREAKING ROOM!! oh we are just looking around. WHAT' they did it constantly till finally we said u come in again without notice im calling the cops. before i moved in some guy bashed his room door and after he moved out another guy came in and he couldnt even close the door it took them a year! to give that poor guy a new door. after the year inspection they said we never got a maintenance ticket for a new door. luckly, a futre law student i was. I made copies of the ticket you sign and bring to the office requesting something fixed. we had 12!! they came up with another excuse. I live there for almost 2 years. im responsible and now a law student. I never broke a single thing in the apt. I leave and get a bill for 500!!!!!!!! they charged me for changin the front door locks for keys i never recieved bc the girl tried making me 6 diff sets and they never worked so i told her forget it im tired of running back and forth and u not being able to make the right ones. then they chaged me for breaking things, in the lving room, how did they come to conclude i broke them' they didnt ask me, they didnt ask the other 3 PPLE STILL LIVING IN THE APT. SINCE I WAS LEAVING THEY JUST PUT THE TAG ON ME' i know which one of my roomates did it but it wasnt me. and it was small stuff like the towel rack and the coffee table knob. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE
