I moved in thinking it would be a great place to live with roomates of my choice. It sucked! i broke my lease after the first semester. as many people have said befor, you get fines out of this world. and they do not care if you are responsible or not. i was paying my rent and they would go behind my back and call my parents who lived hours away and tell them i was not paying my fines, which i was not respoisible for. it is a complete party place! very hard top get any work or study done. it completely ruined my first year in lafayette. the management is horrible, so bad the manager was fired while i was there. my apartment was broken into several times and again we were charged for replacing the locks and windows that had been destroyed by an intruder. all large electroniocs were taken ( i.e. tv's laptops, other valuables). any advice, Please look for a different complex to live in!!
