This apartment complex promises alot and delivers nothing. For starters we had to wait to move in for over 5 hours on our move in date because the Fire Marshall's had not approved the complex for move in. Their wireless internet promised throughout the complex has not worked successfully since June (it is now late August), their 24 hr computer lab w/printers apparently does not work on Sundays....well, at least that is what the girl in the office has said. When I first moved in I had to duck tape my shower handle to the wall so the knob would stay on hot. I had to do this for about one to two weeks until the part came in. Mind you, these were SUPPOSED to be new. I am not sure if ANYONE including the property manager knows what they are doing. We also had mice, four to be exact, and when we told the office the managers words of comfort was she had them in her house too...it's something we just have to deal with for now. With all respect I do not care what she has gone through. All I know is that I pay well over $600 for a bedroom, bathroom and half a living room and kitchen and don't want rodents running around. I just want these things fixed, not excuses. Be cautious...you don't always get what you pay for!

This information is outdated and inaccurate. Our staff at The Edge is new and we are professionaly managed. If any complaints or problems are made we take serious regard to getting the problem fixed within 24 hours or as soon as possible. We have a professional pest control company that comes to our property weekly to correct any problems submitted to the office. Our wireless internet can be accessed throughout our property and our computer lab along with other amenities are available to our residents 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
