We had a problem with Campus Edge Security. In short, we never saw any. Also, when we moved out, they not only kept our security deposit (AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED THOROUGHLY), but also kept a good portion of our PREPAID RENT. My advice to anyone looking for an apartment. Look elsewhere, and if you do decide to move in, DON'T BOTHER CLEANING WHEN YOU LEAVE, THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU ANYWAY, AND NEVER, EVER PAY YOUR RENT IN ADVANCE.
The staff also does not bother to return your phone calls, and when you call to speak to them, they are "unavailable".
