I rented this apartment thinking it would be nice, because it was brand new and very pretty to look at, boy was i in for a huge surprise. on top of not being able to sleep because the noise was so bad, i couldnt get any school work done because my internet didnt work. The beds are uncomfortable and the apartments are cold and barely sound proof. the guys upstairs made our lives hell and the apartment staff would not do a thing about it. Anything from them peeing off their balconies onto ours or egging our cars or blaring their music at late hours, they did it just to spite out complaints. The staff took no action and were very rude when we came to them with our problem. I lived near the mailboxes and carwash. People from all over town came to use the free carwash, and blared their bass on their cars for no reason at every hour of the day. I wanted to tear my hair out. Campus edge tried to fine us for cigerette when no one in my apartment smokes. they tried to fine us for a drawer breaking, when we just tried to open it. The balcony broke and is unsafe. There is absolutely no privacy, UNLESS you like to whisper while you are talking on the phone, because everyone can hear you. Honestly, campus edge was not for me, it might be for some, but if what i listed would bother you, it is probably not for you either. I strongly advise looking for housing elsewhere.
