OVER 45 CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO SINCE JAN 09, STEROS TO BOOKS THERE IS NO SECURITY, ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING STOLEN, BROKEN WINDOWS. THEY DO NOTHING AND DO NOT CARE. ARE THEY IN ON THE THEIFT''''
