Wow. What to say. I lived here for 2 yrs come this July. I lived there when they were brand new. I had nothing but problems. Doors didnt close, leaks from all the bathroom sinks and toilets. The noise level was extremely bad. People throwing partys. Your drunks coming in after bars closing and cont. to party. The staff was by far the worst and rude. The only staff i liked and everyone likes was the mantience guy (Walter) because he truely did care about you and your apartment. If he see's you he asked if everything is ok. I had a few lil scuffs ont he walls, told him, he wrote in book, the next day he came fix it for free. Also within this year, someone naerly got kileld from a stabbing. The walls are not insulated. I always hear the aparment people next to me having sex.
My 2 years there. basically the same stuff as before, but alot worst. Door woudlnt close again, due to foundation even after they said it wasnt (me being a graduate in civil engineering, i dont know who they are trying to fool). Again the noise with the drunk. This time, total car vandilizim or car and break in. Roomate had his car broken into, all that was taken was his school bag. My truck was broken into, and they took all my change in my center console, and smashed in my stock cd player. Staff didnt care at all.
Trying to get out ur lease' Forget about it. Find someone to sublease it and pay 200 dollars to break it, or have them fine someone for you, pay 200 dollars to break it, and pay 85% of the rent you have left (for example: 2 months left and say the rent is 500 a apartment, you pay 85% of 1,000 plus 200 dollars).
The parking is also horrible. Even though they said, they will start to tow ive only seen that happen once or twice. If you want to park by your apartment, get there mon and tues about 5 and dont leave, wed-fri get there before 10, and on sunday, dont leave at all after 4!
BOTTOM LINE STAY AWAY! DO NOT RENT. THERE ARE BETTER PLACES OUT THERE THAT IS 100 TIME BETTER. IF YOU INTO PARTYING, DRUGS, LOUD MUSIC THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE LAID BACK, DONT LIKE TO MUCH NOISE, DONT LIKE SEEING DRUNKS PUKE IN PARKING LOT, POOL PARTYS WITH PEOPLE PUKING BY THE POOL IN THE SUMMER, ETC..FIND SOME WHERE ELSE!
