That last comment was obviously not made by someone who actually lives in these apartments. I have made multilpe complaints about our noisy neighbors and nothing has been done. Our apartment is pretty gross. The molding at the bottom of the walls is coming off. Someone tried to patch up holes in the walls and instead of smoothing it out they just painted over it. Our carpet has odd color stains everywhere and when we told management something about it on the FIRST day we moved in they said nothing could be done because we already moved in. This was out first apartment so we barely had anything in the apartment other then a couch and t.v. so it wouldn't have been that hard to move it! They're good about repairing things that break with parts that don't fit! The rent goes up 30 dollars after your contract is up but do they bother trying to fix anything with that extra money hmm..NO! I'm so frustarted with the management and this apartment I can't wait until out lease is up! Even though this is one of the cheaper apartments to rent I would definately suggest to spend a little more money and get a better apartment!!
