I've lived in Maison Bocage before and loved it so I moved here because I assumed that it would be similar. WRONG!

1. I had major issues with my A/C and management made me feel like a cry baby b/c I couldn't get my apt below 80 degrees during the day.
2. Crappy appliances---The dishwasher is terrible...I hand wash my dishes instead. The oven burns things on the outside and leaves them raw on the inside. The only way to get it somewhat normal is to put a pan of water in it for steam.
3. The tub has a slow drain so it takes forever to drain. When I take a shower it fills to my ankles and when I take a bath it leaks out. They've tried to fix it but I think they just made it worse.
4. The did some construction on my balcony. Gave me a 48 hour notice to vacate my apt overnight. Then they threatened to throw my things away if I didn't move them off the balcony myself. Don't I pay rent to have a maintenance staff'' Then they didn't bother to call me to tell me it was ready to go back to. I had to call the on-call guy to find out. Plus, they did not pro-rate my rent for the days I couldn't use my apartment. But, they surely did charge me for the 6 days I moved in early.

I don't plan to resign when my lease is up in June..I've had enough!

Don't try to save the $20 a month...Maison Bocage is worth the xtra rent!
