I have been living in Canterbury Canterbury Square since June 2004. When I
first moved here the apartment manager and staff were excellent. They were
friendly, courteous and always made you feel welcomed. They bent over backwards
to help in any way possible to solve a problem that you might have. The new manager
is rude and unresponsive when you walk in the office. In fact, no one says anything
when you walk in and when you state what you are there for- the manager doesn't say
anything or acknowledge your presence. She lets the assistant handle everything. you
can tell that the assistant is very intimidated by the manager. The Management company needs to take a long look at how this property is being managed by this rude incompetent person.

I totally agree with the review about the apartment manager being so rude and not friendly. I have been a resident at Canterbury Square since March of 2007. I called the office about a problem I was having in my apartment that should of involved pest control. The apartment manager stated that I should try wal-mart. Didnt even try to fix the problem. They have renovating balconies forever and still not down. The balcony where I stay is so rotten if you were to lean on it you might fall.
