We had applied to the apartment complex and were denied. They have spoken with a the Villas of Preston Creek whom of course gave us a bad refernce. Never mind the Villas of Preston Creek were assisting in folowing us to our employers and participating in character assassination of the both of us. I thought everyone would be interested in just how much they believe what is on paper.

In property management it can be hard to please all residents, however we are in the customer service industry. Diamond Lakes has had the same property manager for ten years, however in July 06 the property manager retired from the industry, which created an opening. Our new manager comes to Diamond Lakes with experience, knowledge, new set of eyes and freash ideas. We wish her all the sucess in her adventure.
