The apartments are dumpy, old and falling apart, bug infested and moldy. The people at the front office are pure idiots. They steal your money and mail whenever they can. Parking lot is one large pot hole, parking is a joke. Can't leave anything out side or it will get stolen. Cars get broken into almost everynight. If you respect yourself and your belongings you will look elsewhere. Don't waste your time on this dump.

I resided here years ago and am planning on moving back in this summer. I happen to disagree with this posting and actually think that the apartments are much nicer than they were years ago. They have been painted, had new roofing put on and they always have landscapers working on property. Everyone I know that has lived at Diamond Lakes has only moved out because they have bought or built a house. I'm a professional in the area and am looking forward to calling it my home once again.

In property management it can be hard to please all residents, however we are in the customer service industry. Diamond Lakes has had the same property manager for ten years, however in July 06 the property manager retired from the industry, which created an opening. Our new manager comes to Diamond Lakes with experience, knowledge, new set of eyes and freash ideas. We wish her all the sucess in her adventure.

the new manager is a joke...she is young and non experienced with dealing with tenants...she lives at the apartments and thinks her crap doesnt stink...the apartments are old and paint and new carpet is not updating..it is hiding...I had mold in my bathrooms atleast 10 times..they sprayed bleach on it and that was it..then the nasty popcorn ceiling started falling down from all the bleach and they didnt do anything...then lets dont talk about the black soot from the heater vents....it is awful...I would never want my friends or enemies to live here I wouldnt wish that place on anyone...oh and one more thing the old manager left before she got fired..she was not doing her job and she was not leasing like she was suppose to or attending to tenants complaints or needs.
