I have lived at Diamond Lake Apartments for nearly two full years.

good points are as follows:
-The location is excellent.
-it is typically very quiet

bad points:
-rent is a bit too high
-the parking lot is total ---- (loose gravel, pot holes, floods etc.)
-I have this ridiculously loud air conditioner right outside my window, which incidently the inside part of which has leaked since we moved in.(its been fixed, albeit apparently not properly.. not a major issue, but an annoyance all the same)


In all fairness, I would say its a pretty good place; but Im not gonna go and give it a perfect rating like the rest of these shmucks.
