Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
New managment sucks....they think a little paint and new carpet is updating the apartment...they ask too much money for such old apartments...the ponds have sludge all over them most of the time...and the heaters blow black soot...they are very unprofessional both the manager and assistant manager live on the property but dont expect them to resolve anything...BEWARE dont move here!!!!to expensive for such old apartments.
