Fair at best...

If you can get over the mirrors from the 1970's and appliances almost as old, I guess it's a decent place to live. The area floods when it rains, but the complex is extremely dog-friendly which is a huge plus. It's also a decent complex to live in if you have kids because it's fairly safe and there is lots for kids to explore. Although, I could do without the kids toys lying around all over the place. Rent is overpriced because they stick you with extra fees each month for garbage and water and then an extra $15 per pet on top of that. All in all, it's a decent place to live for a short period of time.
