Ive lived here for 3 years and haven't had hardly any problems. management is friendly, tenants stay to themselves. downsides are that theres little parking, and tenants get towed from time to time. theres a broken down white ford grand marquis piece of trash in the parking lot that i believe belongs to mgmt thats been there for at least a year taking up a spot while parking is not so common. they dont do anything about pets even though there is a no pet policy, but that can be a good or bad thing depending on your objective...
if youre up late at night and lonely the local wh.ore is in the studio apt. next to the office.
