When reading these reviews, keep in mind that everyone has individual experiences. Yours may not be a horror story like some of the others posted here. I am currently living at Eagle Run and I love living here. Yes, it does suck that the rent was just boosted to $610 for my two bed ap, and it equally sucks that the parking is HORRIBLE. You can get a space usually. If you come home too late on a weekend, you're ---- out of luck. I've had to drive around for a while because there were NO parking spots in resident, visitor or the road. I personally think that the workers here at Eagle Run are wonderful. They're very very nice and will always greet you. One of the other reviews talked badly about the staff but I'm sure they had bad experiences. I wouldn't be nice to an ------- either. Maybe that was the case. Give what you expect to recieve. It's human nature. I would recomend these apartments for anyone who isn't looking to spend $1000 a month. If you don't have a problem with the remodeling (painting, trimming trees, repairing fences) then there's not many other issues to be concerned with. They're making the place better.

Yes the dumpster is overloaded too often. No I don't find that the smell is THAT bad.

Yes the parking sucks. Deal with it.

The workers are humans and they won't be kind to you if you aren't kind to them.

They are strict with pets, despite what has been said.

Drug use is not allowed (duh) someone was actually reported and raided and evicted.

People do tend to take too long take their clothes out of the machines. Just take it out.
