Lived here for less than a year. One cool thing...when you move in, you have 30 days where if you don't like your apt, you can transfer to a different one! It's an ok complex, good floorplans and great location that is near everything! The hall bathroom is huge!

On the downside, the master bath is small & has nowhere to put towels (except in a drawer & only fits 2 towels). Walls are kind of thin, so you can hear neighbors rather well. The w/d is a stackable, small & frequent loads, don't like it at all. If you ever call maintenance, you have to stay on them for them to come, which may take quite a while! IF you move here, make sure you specify you want to be in a quiet area w/good neighbors. The residents in the area we lived in were not very respectful. On at least 2 occasions there were loud people arguing on their balconies in the middle of the night/early morning, unsupervised kids always playing & also those residents in our area throw a good bit of trash on the ground and no one seems to care....And it doesn't get cleaned up very often either.

Living right off of Kaliste Saloom is a little noisy, especially directly behind a convenience store (Circle K). I would not recommend this complex, but if you move here, only live in the back & do your research beforehand.....
