You've got to be kidding me!!! I guess the appliances would be convenient, if they actually worked. And I wouldn't call routine painting to the exterior of buildings a facelift. Also, I don't know who you've been dealing with at the office, but I can assure you it's not the same people everyone else has been dealing with. These are the rudest people I have ever met!!!!! Horrible apartments, horrible management, I would not recommend moving here!

These apartments are horrible. Staff is extremely rude and very unhelpful. Rent has dramatically increased and it is not worth it at all. Whoever is recommending these must work for the complex, otherwise they need professional help because they are blind and have poor judgement. Anyone with the least bit of common sense would not live here and would not recommend these run down, poorly maintained apartments with their extremely rude staff.

My goodness your two responses must be very upset and I would love to know what the staff did to them that is so upset. Rent is going up through out Lafayette, they must not notice that. LOL

I have waited over a month and a half to get my deposits back. Louisiana law states it must be returned within 30. I keep getting the rude brush off from managment. While we where there the apliances only half worked, the Microwave was 1984, every sink leaked, and the hot water knob was frozen and could not turn it on. They never came to fix it. Lets just say that their little BBQ was not enough to make this a good place to live.
