When signing my first lease, I was offered half off my first months rent (400). The grounds are very quiet, but maintence makes me feel uncomfortable. They walk in whenever they want. No prior notice. My back burner on the stove doesnt work. I told management, but they say nothing is wrong. Also, dryer doesnt work very well. I was told that the carpet was new, but Ive only been here 6months and it is already falling apart. When I signed my new lease I was told that I would be offered a "special" deal, but when I went in later, they told me they were not offering it anymore. In the end the lady gave me the offer anyway. The ladies in the office are really nice, but I think management is not. Overall I love my apartment, eventhough the rent is really high (800). Hello it is not RIVER RANCH!
