A nightmare. The security lights in pakring lot rarely worked, maintenance and staff would just waltz into your home unannounced and sometimes secretly.(They left my door unlocked a few times and for my neighbor, left her door wide open after leaving.) The front office was discourteous and at times, very rude. Maintenance would take days, and sometimes weeks to repair problems. The paint and carpet was cheap and peeled after just a few months of being there.(Carpet didn't fair much better) Cheap fixtures and appliances that consitentally broke, and toliets that never worked properly. The maintenance crew was called at least 10 times in the short time we lived there. Poorly insulated. Heating and cooling bills were quite high for a small apartment, given that the doors and windows would not seal properly. The windows regular leaked when it rained. And considering what we paid for this place, you would think these problems wouldn't be so prevelant. There are places in the area that you could rent for cheaper that offer you the same amenities, without the hastle of their front office. They say Luxury apartments, I say it's all a big scam.
