I have been here for months. I have never had a problem with unresolved isues or rudeness. When a problem arose, maintenance was at my unit the following day at the latest and the problem was repaired or resoled. No one has ever "walked" into my apartment. They have always knocked and announced themselves outside the door before I even opened the door. No problem with parking or safety. Ample parking. I love it here and still currectly live here.
