I've lived at Emberwood for a year now, and I just signed another year's lease. I've had no major issues with the staff or my apartment yet. My garbage disposal is on the fritz and I've reported it, but every time the maintenance guy comes it works, then it goes out again. That's a minor inconvenience. Perhaps its a TINY bit overpriced for the size, but I like the look and the amenities they offer. Other reviews have reported the maintenance staff just "waltzes in" without notice...that's not true. When you first move in, they explain that the first Thursday of every month they come in to spray for pests and replace the A/C filter. They always knock first and if they get no response, then they enter. Perfectly reasonable. My only concern is that they could be a bit TOO professional at times, but this is a business and they have legal obligations to uphold. I would recommend Emberwood to others.
