I've lived in the Emberwood APartments for nearly 2 years. When I moved in the place was OK and getting worse. The Neighbors were starting to have the Police pick them up nearly daily due to rent drops and a really bad office manager. They fired that manager and one of the office workers. The people that run the place now are some of the nicest people you'll find. The grounds are cleaned up and as of date, there are really only 2 problem residents that I know about and they are getting knocked out this month. The restoration (painting, roofing, and other) is nearly complete.

I'd recommend this as a first choice to any family or quiet offshore worker. I would not recommend this place to any party animal, roommate swapping kid because you'll get booted out. I was young too..... not saying its bad, just saying this is not your place.

There are two nice pools that are kept clean and require resident passes to enter. There's parking for RV's and ample parking for cars. It's a quiet neighborhood with little to no crime. My kids play outside and wonder around without my worry and they are 6 and 8.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit and a fireplace that actually burns wood too. It's a nice place.
