Horrible and incompetent office Staff!!!!

Office management had 2 weeks to clean my new apartment, knew when I was arriving and said the apartment would be ready. Arrived from a 1,400 mile trip with a 26' moving van and the apartment was dirty with filthy carpets. Office staff is to busy chatting on the phone or playing with their makeup to bother with clients. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!! Apartment are old and run down!
