My scenario started Jan. 3, 2007 and ended today, Feb. 9th. My experience with French Colony on Jan. 3rd was horrible. In my opinion, Ms. Della was rude and incompetent and Ms. Wanda ignored me completely. However, Ms. Loretta was courteous and polite. I filed a complaint in writing to the property owner, Mr. Scalisi, who elected to ignore me completely. Cleary, from the owner to the unprofessional office staff, these people do not have your best interest in mind. Someone obviously isn't a people person... and should not rate anything bad just to get their steam off. Come on, rate 1 for all the ratings!? Seriously, this isnt a ghetto, so safety, grounds, and parking should atleast reflexed something
