I've been living here at French Colony for 7 month and I love it! It's really nice inside and out. I feel really safe with nice neighbors and police security. (It's a neighborhood in its self) I'm a college student but I'd rather not be in a full college atmosphere! There is a variety of ages here with many having families! They allow pets which was a big plus for me and you can paint all you want! The building and ground maintenance is one of the greatest appeals. That is other than their great prices compared to others I looked into.
