Though this isn't a place one could call home, the best thing about it is that a roof covers your head. Unless that roof is on the top floor and water leaks through when it rains, or if that roof is below another apartment and you enjoy the sound of squeaky floorboards everytime someone tip-toe's upstairs...(I've lived both up and down stairs).
The walls and ceiling and doors and borders are all painted the same, expect a nice chain to go with your ceiling fans, beware of light switches they don't always work, or if they do they flicker.
Security is the biggest problem. No alarms in the apartment, no officer on watch, no protection from windows or sliding doors, and half the chain locks won't even fit because they've been painted over.
