My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments at the beginning of this year and we can't wait to move out!! The noise is unbelievable. There are lots of trashy people. Constant fighting amongst people outside. The laundry facilities are very small. And they have been having water problems since we moved in. They have "Emergency Water Shut-off" at least once a week. There have been multiple break-ins and even an attempted rape a few weeks ago. We have had to call Maintenance about 8 times so far, and although they're prompt, they do not do a good job on any repairs. These apartments are really old, and it shows. I'm pretty sure our stove is from the early 70's. The price and square footage are the only good things about this place, but at the same time not at all worth living here! I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.
