I lived there about 2 years back. The manager was Toren then. I dont know if she still works there, but she was awesome.

One time we told her that the A/C was not working properly and out electricity bill was too high and guess what she did'
not only did she change the unit in the apartment she also gave us credit for the bill. this place is worth it just for her!! cheers Toren.

Well the place is quiet, well maintained, right in the center of the city pretty accessible and not very noisy eve though it is next to johnston street.
