I live in a one bedroom apartment and it's very spacious. i love that part about it. however, the walls and floors are sooooo thin, you can hear stomping around and conversations through the wall. It's awful. Also, it took them 2 months to fix the utility room, when it was just a simple problem of a clogged drain. The staff is friendly on occasion. Maintenance is usally done on a timely manner which is a plus. I have been here about 3 years now and i have seen them accepting a lot of not so high class people as it used to be. I think they are just accepting anyone. I guess overall, the space is good for the money, but that's about it. I will not renew my lease and would advice you live elsewhere.
