The Landing appartment complex always always have some type of delimma. Either the water is turned off, and when one calls, the staff indicates that it will take 30 minutes to have the water turned on. The reality is, is that it has been 3 hours and the water is still not tuned on. This is just one example of the many delimmas that occur at The Landing.
