My boyfriend and I have been living here since July 2007 in the Tallayho 1 bed 1 bath unit. I deeply regret not moving after our 6 months lease was over this pass December but due to financies I could not move at the time. I am so glad these 6 months went by and we are leaving this July. I never felt really comfortable from the jump especially after experiencing pest (rat) problems the second week we moved in our apartment. We are still dealing with that same issue so well as tenants living around us. The issue was never resolved however the management seems to be very courteous in trying to lessen the issues, but they tend o seem as if it is a neww issue at hand when I know this has to be going on for some time now. The appliances are really outdated and the outside lights are never on at night in the front of our apartment so if we did not have on the porch lights it would be an unsafe area for one to be alone at night. The rat issue is my biggest concern and i believe if I would have never experience that issue I would have overlooked all the others. It is a peaceful enviroment which is the reason my boyfriend prefers it. If you are looking for a peaceful area this is the place, but you will not be comfortable once the little friends start coming out to eat anything you leave out including plants, food, clothing, sport bags, and PURSES! I would not recommend it! You pay for what you get, but it is not even worth the $675 a month.
